Terms & Conditions
Terms of Use
Last updated: Oct 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Infinite Golf website, booking system, memberships, and facility at 2044 Dewdney Ave, Regina, Saskatchewan (the "Premises"). Infinite Golf is operated by Tee Time Anytime Premium Indoor Golf Inc. ("Infinite Golf," "we," "us," or "our").
Agreeing to these Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a membership, or entering the Premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Infinite Golf Digital Waiver, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver"). The Waiver is a separate agreement that every guest must accept before entering the Premises, and it forms part of these Terms.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Waiver on the subject of assumption of risk, release of liability, or indemnity, the Waiver governs. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, services, or Premises.
Eligibility, accounts, and guests
There is no minimum age to make a booking. However:
Any guest under 16 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult (18 or older) at all times while on the Premises.
A parent or legal guardian must accept the Waiver on behalf of any guest under 18 years of age.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any amounts owing under them.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a booking, and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The person who makes a booking or holds a membership (the "Booking Holder") is responsible for every guest who enters the Premises under that booking, including making sure each guest has accepted the Waiver and follows these Terms and all facility rules.
Bookings
All bookings are made through our online booking platform, Birrdi, accessed through our website. Bookings are made in one-hour increments. Rates are posted on our website, vary by time of day, day of week, and bay type (Open Bay or Private Room), and are subject to applicable taxes. The rate that applies is the rate shown at the time you book.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a booking confirmation. Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend your booking or reduce its price.
Please wrap up and vacate your bay by the end of your booking so the next group can start on time. Time used past the end of your booking may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Square. We do not store your full card number. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for bookings, membership fees, and any other fees, charges, or costs payable under these Terms or the Waiver, including damage, cleaning, and penalty fees. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may cancel upcoming bookings or suspend access until the amount owing is paid.
Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
What this means for you: Cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time and you get a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours, or don't show up, and you pay for the booking.
24 hours or more before your booking: Cancel through Birrdi and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Less than 24 hours before your booking: The booking is non-refundable.
No-shows: If you do not attend your booking, you will be charged in full, with no refund or credit.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
If we cancel your booking because of equipment failure, a closure, or another reason on our end, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled booking. Private events and corporate bookings are subject to Section 7.
Memberships
Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are as described on our website at the time of purchase. Memberships are billed monthly or annually, based on the option you select.
Automatic renewal: Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
Pausing: You may pause your membership through Birrdi. Billing and membership benefits are suspended while your membership is paused, subject to any pause limits shown in Birrdi.
Cancelling: You may cancel your membership through Birrdi at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your benefits continue until then. [Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.]
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
Memberships are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or shared. We may suspend or end a membership as set out in Section 13.
Private events and corporate bookings
Private events and corporate bookings are subject to the following, in addition to the rest of these Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the event total is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. If the balance is not received by then, we may cancel the event and keep the deposit.
Events are limited to a maximum of 40 guests across five bays.
The Booking Holder must make sure every attendee accepts the Waiver before entering the Premises.
Event pricing and minimum booking lengths are as shown on our website or in your event quote. Any additional terms in your event confirmation also apply.
Access codes
Your access code or digital key is issued for a specific booking and is valid only for that booking's time block. You may share it only with guests in your booking group. You must not share it with, or allow entry to, anyone outside your booking group, including by holding or propping open the door.
The Booking Holder is responsible and financially liable for every person who enters the Premises using their access code or during their booking. If you believe your access code has been lost or shared without your permission, contact us right away at info@infinitegolf.ca.
Facility rules
While on the Premises, you and your guests must:
Remove your outdoor shoes and swap for golf appropriate shoes.
Use only clean clubs and clean golf balls.
Allow only one person in the active swing area at a time. Everyone else must stay behind the safety line or in the seating area.
Not bring outside alcohol or cannabis onto the Premises at any time.
Not enter the Premises or use any equipment while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Not smoke or vape anywhere on the Premises.
Keep all food and drinks away from simulator screens, projectors, cameras, sensors, and other electronic equipment.
Not bring glass bottles, cups, or other glass containers into or near the golf bays and play areas.
Remove all food, drinks, garbage, and personal belongings at the end of the booking, and clean up or report any spill or mess.
Follow all posted signage and any instructions we give, including remotely.
Food brought onto the Premises is supplied and consumed at your own risk, as set out in the Waiver.
Fees for damage, cleaning, and rule violations
What this means for you: If something gets broken, left messy, or a rule gets broken, the cost goes on the card on file. Bringing in outside alcohol or cannabis comes with a minimum $500 fee and a permanent ban.
The Booking Holder is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or the Premises caused by them or their guests through negligence, misuse, reckless behaviour, failure to follow facility rules, or spills. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for any resulting inspection, repair, replacement, cleaning, or remediation costs.
Bringing outside alcohol, cannabis, or controlled substances onto the Premises will result in:
Immediate termination of access, without refund.
A minimum non-negotiable fee of $500, charged to the payment method on file.
A permanent ban from all Infinite Golf facilities.
We will provide reasonable details of any charge on request.
Safety, security, and video surveillance
The Premises operate on a self-access basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not provide supervision, first aid, or medical services during bookings. In a medical emergency, fire, or other safety risk, you are responsible for calling emergency services at 911.
The Premises are monitored by closed-circuit cameras that record both video and audio at all times, in all areas except washrooms. Recordings are used for security, safety, rule enforcement, and property protection, and to support police or insurance matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled and how long they are kept.
We may monitor the Premises remotely and may restrict or end access at any time if we observe unsafe, impaired, or prohibited conduct.
Assumption of risk and release of liability
What this means for you: Golf comes with real risks, like stray shots and slippery turf. You accept those risks when you play here, and the Waiver limits the claims you can make against us.
You acknowledge that indoor golf, simulator use, and being present at a self-access facility involve inherent risks, including those described in the Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you use the Premises, equipment, and services at your own risk, and you release Infinite Golf from liability as set out in the Waiver.
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, golf clubs, electronics, or vehicles brought onto or parked at the Premises.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and for any claim not otherwise released under the Waiver, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [three] months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify Infinite Golf against claims arising from your conduct, your guests' conduct, or any breach of these Terms or the Waiver, as set out in the Waiver.
Suspension and termination
What this means for you: If the rules get broken, we can cut access, cancel bookings, or end a membership. Serious violations, like bringing in outside alcohol or damaging equipment, can mean a permanent ban.
We may suspend, restrict, or end your account, bookings, membership, or access to the Premises at any time, including by remotely disabling an access code, if:
You or your guests breach these Terms, the Waiver, or any facility rule.
Your conduct puts people, equipment, or the Premises at risk.
An amount owing to us remains unpaid.
We are required to do so by law.
If we end access because of a breach, you are not entitled to a refund. If we end access for any other reason, we will refund any prepaid amounts for bookings or membership time you have not used.
Hours, closures, and changes to our services
The Premises are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We may close all or part of the Premises at any time for maintenance, repairs, equipment failure, power or internet outages, severe weather, or other circumstances. Simulator software, features, and bay availability may change from time to time.
If a closure or equipment issue affects your booking, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled booking. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses caused by closures or service interruptions.
Third-party services
What this means for you: Bookings run through Birrdi and payments through Square. Their own terms apply to their part of the process.
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our service, including Birrdi for bookings, accounts, and memberships, and Square for payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we will help where we reasonably can.
Website use and intellectual property
What this means for you: Our name, logo, photos, and content belong to us. Use the site to browse and book, and please don't copy it or try to break it.
All content on our website and social channels, including the Infinite Golf name, logos, graphics, photography, video, and text, is owned by or licensed to Infinite Golf and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website or booking system, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to collect data from it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date forward. Your continued use of our website, services, or Premises after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We will give members reasonable notice of any change that materially affects their membership.
Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute arising from these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full force and effect. These Terms, the Waiver, and our Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and Infinite Golf regarding their subject matter. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
